Return & Refund Policy

Returns

  • We accept returns for any product , no questions asked. (excluding underwears)
  • As promotion, we even pay the delivery fee for the returns
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • We  do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, such as underwears due to hygiene concerns

 There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  •  Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

    If you'd like a refund for your goods, but you can't return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.

    You're not able to return items for exchange - if you want to change an item for a different size or color, you'll need to place a new order as all returned items will automatically be refunded. We will refund the amount you paid when you purchased the item. This includes sale items.

    Returns to us need to be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

    All goods will be inspected on return within 3-5 days before the decision. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it's packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.

    We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

    It can take up to 7 working days for your return to arrive at our warehouse. You will receive an email notifying you once your returned item has been received and your refund has been processed. Once your refund has been processed, depending on your card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to show in your account.

     

    Refunds (if applicable)

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

       

      Sale items (if applicable)

      • Sale items can also be refunded by the sale price applied

       

      Exchanges (if applicable)

      • Returned items cannot be exchanged. To be able to exchange your purchase, you need to return the product and reorder your item

       

      Gifts (if applicable)

      • If the item was marked as a gift, the recipient will not receive any invoice or receipt
      • If they want to return the item back, they can return the item with the return note that can be found in the parcel
      • In this case, will contact the user who made the payment, not with the receiver.

       

      Shipping

      • To return your product, you should  send an email to info@breakmood.com. We will send you a prepaid label to return your product
      • Shipping costs paid on the initial purchase cannot be refunded. 
      • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us may vary.
      • If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
