No response upon request to return the item
I didn't get a chance to use the item because it didn't fit me. I requested to return it twice and haven't heard anything back for either of my messages!

HI Annika, I am not sure if there is something wrong with the emails, but can you pls check your junk box ? we already replied back your first email on 1/06/2022 we have replied your second email on 09/06/22, with the attachment of prepaid shipping label. Pls see the screen shot of the email attached. Delivery company attempted to pick up on 10/06/22 , however, it was unsuccessful.
